FFmpeg PHP - Adult Video Script (Clipshare) Mod

1. Need a quick rework of a video function(in PHP) to do two passes(instead of one) with ffmpeg for ipod/iphone version of the video

2. Improve the quality of flv. (see if it needs to have two passes)

[url removed, login to view] changes done should be well documented so I can easily replicate it.

The script is "adult video share" which is very similar to clipshare so you should be familiar with at least one of them.
