looking for expert on FFmpeg with Shell Script, we already done application concept is picking up user with name and image to render video

we want to change 2 things:

1. video range, right now suppose we pickup 2 user , each user will show only 1-2 second then it fade and show other person. we want to increase to 5 second per person

2. in current system, system will insert intro and outro video, we want to put only image as intro and outro
