fix bugs in my website

I need my website re-configured.I need you to build my online store. All of the website should be in the following font and color: Font: Color: Issue with the search bar - dropdown list: it is not activate  when the arrow is clicked When the mouse point on one of the categories the category should: Drop from top to bottom and not slide or bottom up. The slide should be delayed for one second . The shipping is not working properly: once a client put an order and want to proceed and checkout the website gives and error that the address is empty. Here is the full website translation should be changed and in the future the admin should be able to edit the translation of the product. Also some english terms should be changed please redo those. The search bar in arabic is different then the one in English this should be the same. The tabs are different when the website is in arabic they should be the same. The website is slow please optimize it to enhance the speed. When scrolled down the bar does not freeze smoothly (check google or [login to view URL]) the bar freeze smoothly. The menu bar that appears when scrolled down (three stacked dashes on the left of the  logo) this drop down menu is centered. Please make it aligned left and the sub-categories indented. Take a look at this excel sheet there are different filters for different categories/ subcategories please do as requested. Resize and change images of the bar.  The client should be able to select the shipping method Shipping DHL and Aramex integration or our own shipping. on the back end we should be able to select what is available to each product in different and if DHL is not available then the website should note that. Different products will have different  payment method. on the back end we shouldn be able to choose. remove downloads in buyer dashboard in address tab remove state selction. remove wallet transfer. under wallet top up add dropdown to chose between serial code or bank transfer and onve bank transfer is selected then then the website bank details should be will appear. in client profile orders in basket are not being there under the order tab. add a switch from vendor to buyer. Currency based on IP.  Fix all the bugs. On the top right corner the cart icon: make the zero inside the cart and remove the white circle around it. when the pointer is on the login icon  Some categories fixes like Remove sports and home and outdoor. In the footer remove all the sub menu items as ( store list, privacy , ...etc) and make them as a drop list. also, in the footer remove about us, and contact us since they are under information. Fix the filters. Fix translated pages. Fix mobile version . ssl security. product translation. we should be able to add the product translation.  I need to be able to choose cash on delivery . Able to change conversion rates for currency. Chat with clients is not working. Teach the team on how to edite translation, upload change products, chat with client. minor graphical changes. add filters ( i have the codes for that). the website should not take more then 4 days because it is nearly ready. email approvel after registration . sell with us is not working. seller dash pord add products and  all other bugs. on the right there is a them edit finger it should be removed. once a peoduct is added we should be able to approve it in order for it to go live. fix reviews and rating. fix all graphics mobile / translated / desktop . fix emails for the domain. Update guides page. on loading there is orange color. all of the website color should be blue as mentioned before. buyer dashboard same colors as seller. remove dashboard tab only in buyer. add a go to buyer dashboard/vendor dashboard in buyer and seller dashboard under "my account"...  email alert for us when something new happen ie new cv new buyer new client new register..etc. some website content will be updated. chats and cv should be forwarded to the new email. below is the website [login to view URL]
