Fix Contact Form > Use PHP to Send details to an Email Addresss

Hello Good Morning from Tokyo, This is a simple project. It should take less than an hour for a web developer with some PHP skills and understand. I have a Contact Us page It is not working. It is based on a template. Most if not all code is working. Just not linking correctly for some reason. I have HTML file and PHP file that is coded up. But not working. I have put in all details, titles, fields. But just not working for some reason. I need to fix it today. Output is a working Contact Us page. That passes two or three fake tests once re-uploaded to website. So would simply fill in form a few times to check all options are going through correctly. Stages in Project. 1: I will send you a Zip File with all code and link to website for you to view live. 2: Edit code so that it works on your test server. Space at top of PHP means can change the data which email is sent. So change it to you and trial it until working correctly. 3: Once fixed, send the two files back over PHP and HTML. I will upload it myself. We move on to next step. 4: I then test it and based on review it on desktop and Mobile to see working correctly. Once the data is sent through correctly then full payment will be made. If you have any BootStrap, PHP code skills then that is Plus. So I want you to say that in reply for this Project. When submitting application for this project clearly state code this word in your reply BLUEspoon. Then I can see who has taken time to read the brief and who to work with. I would like to finish this today. I think this is simple task. I want to finish it quick and pay you and be done with this project. I have another 2 contact forms websites that I need to fix as well like this. But I will not do this until Sunday evening. If we work well together on this.
