Fix issues with website

I need the following things done:
1. I had been using an extension to show colour swatches on configurable products ( [url removed, login to view] ) and now i am changing to Amasty swatches extension ( [url removed, login to view] ) the extension for these swatches.
When i disabled my current extension, the default magento dropdowns are not coming back on my theme ( Porto theme ), instead i am seeing an error on product page. ( [url removed, login to view] ). There is no problem when i set the default magento rwd theme. I need this to be fixed. You might have to fix the lightbox gallery when the issue is fixed if its necessary.
2. We are UK retailer and we have to charge VAT @ 20%. The prices we entered in the backend are INCLUDING vat. But magento is not calculating VAT @ 20%. I want this to be fixed to calculate the VAT correctly
3. I need sphinx installed and configured on my server.
4. Install and Configure this extension ( [url removed, login to view] ). It needs a lot of setting from the server side so please make sure you have the required knowledge
5. I have Magebuzz Price Match extension installed but its not working frontend or backend. I need this fixed.
