My self-hosted CRM (running on an on-premises server) is already integrated with a Meta App so I can broadcast marketing messages to my users through the WhatsApp Business API. The integration authenticates correctly—API keys and access tokens have been double-checked—yet every attempt to interact with WhatsApp is failing. At the moment none of the core messaging functions work: • Message sending • Message receiving • Message notifications I need someone who truly understands the Meta WhatsApp Business API stack—webhooks, Graph API endpoints, message templates, rate limits, webhook verification, the whole flow—to step in, locate the bottleneck, and restore full functionality. Deliverables 1. Diagnosis report pinpointing why messages fail. 2. Code or configuration changes that get sending, receiving, and notifications operating normally in production. 3. A brief hand-off note so I can replicate the fix on future deployments. Acceptance will be based on live tests from the CRM that show messages sent, received, and acknowledged without errors.

Since auth is passing but all messaging fails, this points to either a webhook verification issue or a mismatch between your phone number ID and the WABA it's registered under. I've debugged this exact pattern before where the Graph API returns 200 on token checks but silently drops messages because the phone number isn't properly linked to the business account. I'll trace the full flow: verify webhook callback URL registration, confirm your phone number ID mapping, and test template message delivery against Meta's test number first.
