Fix a Minor Issue With Plugin

I need to fix a minor issue with a Wordpress plugin. It's a job/career plugin with a long profile form for employees to fill after registration. I have created a similar profile form with same fields but multi-page using Gravity Forms. All fields created by Gravity forms are fine and points to the appropriate usermeta, except the profile image field. The image uploads successfully with the right usermeta but does not show up when viewing the user's profile.
