I have a website that uses a custom post type along with manage_posts_custom_column. The issue is, this column filter doesn't show all of the options, just a few of them. The same issue occurs on the front-end of the site where there is a dropdown -- the dropdown only shows a few of the options when there should be a bunch more. I can give more details in chat.
