Fix Wordpress Website Bugs (Website scrolling options)

Hello, I own the website [login to view URL] that is currently still under construction. We need to add a few updates to the website before we are able to launch our site. 1) We need to fix a unlimited scroll problem on the site - There are sections of the unlimted scroll that shouldn't be able to be scrolled down to until the user clicks that section within the menu bar. As of right now our "hide" tool is not currently working properly. 2) There is also an issue with mouse clicking. When you hit the menu item in order to reveal on the unlimited scroll you have to double click in order for it to show up. We would like this to be changed so that it reveals itself with just one click. 3)Our logo is made out of texts on the top of the screen which is loaded at the start up of the website. We want the logo and other text to load faster similar to this website: [login to view URL] 3) Also when the site first loads our video content is immediately loaded. Instead we would like it to slide down with the video scroll much like this website: [login to view URL] -Also need to fix for the most part that when a menu item is clicked, that website slides to that section of the page, but that the reveal of the section is a slide motion also. 4)Also in the menu bar there is a search section. We would like the search section to blink at the input.
