Football Tournament Site

I need to get a sports tournament site built, for kids football (soccer) tournament.
General requirements.
The site needs to have a back-end access for me to add teams and leagues prior to the event. I would have the ability to build out the leagues myself – so build out 1 for me to then duplicate and build out the entire tournament.
And then for me to add scores of the games as they happen live on the days of the matches.
Site layout must be Mobile First with all pages optimised to work on a mobile screen in portrait.
I am able to update all text and content.
Each page has the option for me to include an image at the bottom.
Each page will have an image (which I can upload) at the top which links back to the home page.
There will be a back button/link at the top to go back a page.
I will provide IONOS hosting and a FTP for you to upload the work to my server.
The site and pages explained
(See the attached PowerPoint to explain alongside this brief):
1. Home Page
This page will have Title text and intro text and a drop down to select which of the league pages you as the site user want to see. This drop down is populated the groups/Leagues I have set up before the tournament. Select a league and submit to a League Fixtures Page.
2. League Fixtures Page
Each group will need an initial group Fixtures table – see page 2. League Fixtures on presentation (minimum of 6 teams no maximum).
I will need to be able to add the scores live manually using a CMS/Admin page when they come in – this will update the League table and team positions live when I save.
3. League Table Page
The fixtures Table above feeds the League Table Page.
The league table will sort the teams by points and goal difference from the Fixtures table above automatically – no need for me to manually update this page as it is dynamically built.
How it builds:
3 points for a win, 1 point for a draw and 0 points for a loss.
It will also add up goals for and against and use this to rank as well as points.
Highest Points and Goal Difference at the top and then down through all the teams sequentially.
4. League Finals Page
The top placed 4 teams from the League Table Page will dynamically populate the semi final table on this page:
1st placed team plays 4th placed team - 2nd placed team plays 3rd placed team.
I then need to manually enter the scores from these 2 games as I get the results in using a CMS/Admin page to update the site when I save.
The 2 winning teams from the semi finals then automatically get entered into the final table on this page. I need to be able to manually enter the scores and save to update the live view of the web site.
The winner of the Final will then be shown at the bottom.
