Fully custom Store Locator (data from REST API feed) and display on Google Maps -- 2

Hello Freelancers! Hope you are enjoying your Sunday, where ever you may be in the world! We require a COMPETENT developer to develop a dynamic "Locator Map" that will display various Shops, Retailers and other locations on a Google Map. The data that will be displayed on the Google Map will be pulled down directly from a specially available REST based API feed that has location information including Latitude and Longtitude data. The locations displayed on the Locator Map will be based on the users location (obtained via location services on their mobile or desktop browser or via a manual postcode input). The Locator Map will be displayed on a page inside a Wordpress website - so the developer must be versed to provide The Locator Map MUST be responsive - ie: it must be FAST and must display correctly on all browser sizes and devices (ie: desktop computer, tablet - iPad, Samsung Tablet, iPhone 6 Plus, 6, 5, 4 and popular Android handsets including Samsung, LG and Motorola). The Locator Map will allow the user to select locations displayed based on a filters which will be available from the API feed. These filters will be a combination of drop down, check box and radio buttons and will allow the customer to filter by location type, postcode, state and will need to have As users pan and zoom around the Locator Map, it will display locations based The successful Freelancer must have demonstrated experience in: - Developing location and utility maps using the Google Map API - Experience in Javascript, PHP, HTML5, CSS or other environments - Experience in programming interfaces and API connectors - Working knowledge of Wordpress and Plug-Ins - Understanding of User Interface design You will be required to develop the Locator Map on your OWN server - inside a Wordpress environment. Once we are happy to proceed, you will provide the source code, files and/or plug-ins to us so we can install it onto our Production Server Environment.
