A wordpress platform based website, on the homepage, there should be a phone number for user to call for screening, if they cannot call at the time, then a schedule should appear for them to book a call, under it should be reviews from all major social media platforms, once the user has been screened through phone Admin should be able to give the user a unique code to sign up on the website, Not anyone can sign up, only users that have gone through screening, once logged in, Admin from backend should be able to send listings of motor vehicles containing picutres/ videos, along with information about the vehicle, Admin should be able to send multiple listings at a time, whichever listing is selected by the user it should start a process, after selecting the listing, the next part should be a an agreement signature, then payment, then docs processing which should Admin have rights to send documentation for user to store on the account and sign and send back, shipping...etc (other options can be discussed in chat) once deal has closed, website should retain user information. Other pages should include a section of inventory of vehicles availble if selected then it should also have a process of it's own. Other details can be discussed. Note : This is a budget friendly project, only if you can do it and are OK with the budget please bid, otherwise please do not. I will not pay more than 200 dollars.
