I am looking for a PHP developer who can help me get the time in a 12-hour clock format with AM/PM. I would like the time to be displayed dynamically based on the user's local timezone. Therefore, I need someone with experience in timezone support. The time should be displayed dynamically and not just retrieved one time. If you have any suggestions or ideas, please advise.
