I have an existing file manager module in Drupal 7 which works fine. I need to enable github integration with the module. Basically when a file is edited from this interface it needs to be updated with remote github. Ability to create a branch on fly and check a file, create a new file on the fly and check in to github. Please check the attached document. You can use github API or command line to do this . Please check attached requirement.
