GPS based queue management system in PHP

I want to develop a PHP based project with interface which need to be mobile friendly I have a system which updates GPS vehicle position and need to develop a queue system between end points where queue number are assigned when vehicle is within specific distance from an end point and some other criteria The interface is needed for driver, company and transporte who have multiple vehicle. The location information is available from another database table which is updated regualrly. I will discuss the features in details. I will prefer it in some php framework and postrgess database. I want this task to be completed in 2 week period
