PLEASE FIND ATTACHED DOCUMENT FOR THE DETAILED SPECIFICATION OF THE PROJECT. Functioning The system is comprised of following. 1. GPS: device with inbuilt antenna and LiOn internal battery which is easily available. It has a built in antenna and 3G GSM SIM card support. It sends a data packet to a server after every 40 seconds. Data packet contains longitude, latitude, speed of vehicle any other vital information about the vehicle. One can connect the device with PC using micro USB cable which is widely available. 2. We will provide an API to integrate the system with other systems. 3. Google Maps will be integrated for the various maps and routes including geo fencing. 4. System will be deployed on the dedicated or VPS Server with static IP. 5. Real time tracking of each vehicle on the Google map with the vehicle speed etc… 6. Various reports like Status, Performance, Group Performance, over speed etc. Will be added in the Software application. 7. All routes of vehicle will be stored for later use. System administrators can view route of any vehicle any time. 8. Mobile Applications – We will provide Android, IOS and Windows based mobile application for the above system. 9.
