If the lead does not answer, the agent should schedule a follow-up attempt and still keep the activity trail tidy inside Zoho. I’m flexible on the stack—as long as it is reliable and affordable. If you prefer Twilio Voice with Dialogflow CX, Telesign, Kaleyra, or another equivalent voice engine, that’s fine, as long as the Hindi TTS and ASR quality is strong and the solution remains scalable.
