Hiring: Any expert VUE + Laravel expert programmer for project based or hourly tasks

I need an expert Vue Laravel programme/freelancer to work on some vue3+Laravel projects either on a monthly contract basis or hourly basis.
The developer may work independently or will work with another developer/manager (online) to complete the project. This job will suit someone who likes flexibility, like the work-deliver model.
The primary tasks will be:
Completes the various tasks to complete the project and reports daily.
Complete allocated tasks based on instructions.
Collaborate online with the developer for an optimised coding solution.
Flexible working hours (but minimum hours)
Led and built robust systems using Vue3 and Laravel
Research, innovate and create components to solve the problems and add features to the system.
Debugging
Able to understand business processes and systems.
Committed to the project and deadlines.
At least three years’ experience in Laravel and 1-year experience in Vue. Available to start immediately. Minimum 20 hours per week.
Looking for someone who has experience on:
SaaS and module-based generation, roles, file manager, integration of theme to the system, creating widgets, CRM or LMS creation.
Knowledge of [login to view URL] and Vue frameworks such as element plus and Vuetify is also an advantage.

Also, please include the reasonable expected RATE (MONTHLY or HOURLY) and how many hours you can provide per day and week. The hiring/contract can be extended for longer terms. The exact working model, rates, etc., can be discussed mutually.
