Currectly website(4yr old) is in basic php 5.6 , ajax , bootstrap and mysql. Basically customer enrolls thier kids into a sports and related extra out of school classes pays via credit card and also does recurring subscription. There is an admin section developed in the CI3 and mysql which has reports, ability to add multiple classes , enrolling in a recurring subscription, managing staff timesheet, survey and more. So now, i want to restructure the main site and we have a html design ready but we would like to restructure to a good,stable,testable architecture where we can do automated test in future and add more functionality where multiple vendors can showcase thier classes(currenly only 1) and we can separate the data shown to each in admin. We would like to use Restful APis, we are exploring using CI Api for the same main site along with admin. The time for development is 15-25 days. So we want to keep old checkout process same and also we have to keep current the database structure same as we don't want to do much edits for admin and also there are 2 more sites which already use our few services of main site code. So , we are looking for an architect who can work with the team of 4 remotely, on this part time for min 15 days as a consultant. Please share your experience of restructing similar project while applying and you experience in the php ,CI,automation testing,postman.
