imagine you are hiring people. You send out a google form or similar, with 1 question to candidates. Their answers are fed to chatGPT which evaluates them BY COMPARING THEIR ANSWERS to a predefined answer (the "template", that you wrote). chatCPT is instructed to (1) give an evaluation and (2) output a keyword to rate the answer - #OK if the candidate's answer is very similar to your template; #PARTIAL, if the candidate's answer is partially similar to your template; and #WRONG if the candidate's answer is completey off. Lastly, the webapp needs to compile this data and display candidate's name and result of the chat's evaluation in a table form. For
example:

Candidate 2 | #OK | [chatGPT evaluation text here]
Candidate 3 | #PARTIAL | [chatGPT evaluation text here]

Initial requirements:
- a very simple one-page app; I dont need fancy designs, stripped down text HTML will suffice
- the interface used to send out questions (eg a google form) can be anything - the simplest to use;
- the interface used to send out questions must be accessed from within the one-page webapp
- i dont need to handle large numbers, for each query (question) reaching 30 people suffices (i am testing the idea here, it's not in development phase)
