Image Box with custom calculation

Hello! This looks to be a very straightforward task - the calculation is simple, and having it display in a box over an image like that just takes a little HTML and CSS know-how. I think I could knock it out in an evening. Please don't be bothered by the fact that my bid is so low. My work is worth more than that, but my Freelancer profile is very new.
