Hi,
We need am OSM API on my PHP/MySQL script.
We are working on a video streaming website. Users registrations gets name, DOB, etc…
The website user (video uploader) must be able to target the audience for their own video based on other users (video viewers) location, using IP session. The user will be able to open or close the circle around the node covering the advertised area. If you are not inside that area you won’t see the video available on the website page.
Facebook’s advertising system runs the API. Once you at FB advertising filtering you get a OSM where you drop your node where you want the ad viewing range, you decide the range of the circle where you want your ad to be seen, plus you get all demographic data inside that circle.
