Insert google maps api in a webpage to auto update address and opening hours for stores DB

Our web system contains a page where user must inform address and opening hours for stores. We want to offer the option to auto fill these information’s from google maps and update these data every day if the api provides new information.
If api doesn’t return any or partial data from store search, system informs that opening hours must be fill manually, but the google api option can be enabled if, in the future, the api would start to provide these data.
Code on bickbucket. MariaDB SQL PHP YII
Put a google search textboxt and a checkbox to enable/disable google autofill. (default is enable when new store is created)
Return Address and Opening Hours if available from api
Insert store address field in the Database (it doesn’t exist)
Update database with actual store address and weekly opening hours
Run the api at time interval to update the address and opening hours (so we have day off iformation, etc…) for all the stores. (consider up to 1000 stores max on same server)
Put option in code to adjust the time interval in hours (1 or 2 or 4 or 6 or 12) and time for first update daily. (for example : update each day starts at 2:00 am and repeat each 2hours)
