Instagram bot

I want a instagram bot that can run .exe and it will take all the accounts i feed it in a text file and will report back how many account it is controlling and also another function to let me add in proxies so each bot uses a different proxy. It will also have the function to like and follow certain page or picture only when i command. I also want a bar on the side displaying the amount of bots online and the amount of bots the page has got of the certain picture has got.
