I need an inventory management system that is tailored to managing digital products. Specifically, I want the system to be capable of tracking stock levels precisely and efficiently. The primary platform for the system should be web-based, to ensure that my staff can access the system from any device with an internet connection. With this system, I will be able to optimize my inventory levels to provide more efficient customer service and better control over my [login to view URL] Management System
Requirement Document
There will be three sides to login in the system:
Host
Client
Driver
Host:
Host will be the admin, who will be adding all the details in the system. Host will add clients and Drivers. Host can also add other hosts. He will be adding the inventory of the warehouse. He will be adding the incoming and outgoing entries of the drivers. He will be scanning the items and will assigning them to each driver while going out of the warehouse. He can see all the reports.
Host have 6 options:
Warehouse product in entry.
Driver out entry.(product that are to be taken by driver)
Driver in entry.(product that came back after the trip)
G.r from ware house.
Administrative page(id &password of all)
Page setup (invoice print,barcode print,report print)
Client:
Client will have 5 options:
Inside Entry: When the inventory will arrive he will scan the barcodes of the items, items will be added to the store.
Bill Entry: when a client will sell items he will be scanning the items and will creating the invoices,printing the the small invoices.
Stock Reports: He will be able to check all the stock available in his store.
Cash Report: He can check the reports of cash in hand and The items he have sold
Cash entry(submiting to driver /filled in bank).
Driver:
Driver can check his day to day reports.
