Job to be done right now - New Wordpress site move to new server/domain (site & SQL files are in CPANEL already)

I am moving a site from another server & domain to a different server & domain.
** ONLY EXPERIENCED PEOPLE RESPOND **
Please note I have already:
- backed up the old website & created a folder called OLD SITE (old site files is stored in case anything goes wrong).
- Backed up the new website SQL file & changed the SQL database domain name in a text editor to the new domain name (I will send you this SQL file)- you will need to upload this to the CPANEL.
- I have already created a new SQL Database in CPANEL & user so i'll send you username and password.
I need a freelancer to do the following:
- Put the newly designed website on the domain I send you. There is an old site there & old database so I have created a file called NEW SITE in File Manager in public_html so you have the new site on the server already, it's just in a folder right now so you will have to move out of here to make this site go live & appear with almost no downtime, please.
- Install a fresh Wordpress.
- Link the new database to the new site.
- Update the [login to view URL] file with the new database details (database name, database username, database password, database hostname - I'll send you this).
- Check permalinks are ok.
Test site and make sure it's all working.
