Joomla site need quick fixing

this website is destined in Joomla having few issue. it taking so much of memory resources. i logged into back-end and found lots of spam account(attached pic of it). i wanna disable blog page and remove the page from site . also delete all the spam account under site ( see attached file). Here are a list of items I would like addressed regarding my website. 1. Remove Blog tab (i did unpublished. u can recheck ) 2. Remove Linked in tab 3. Word change on: Under contact tab – please change “phone” to Cell( Word) 4. Word change on:Anti-spam feature within contact tab – please add an = and then the ? 1 + 1 =? [login to view URL] the site if needed i may ask few more small things MAIN ISSUE IS: its taking lots of resources and i do not know why. i do not wanna give site info due to its for one of my client and i do not want anyone to call them. DUE TO THE RESOURCES ISSUE SITE I DOWN FOR THE DAY AND WILL GO ONLINE TOMORROW GO DADDY IS RUNNING IN LIMITED RESOURCES
