We wish to have this Joomla template modified:

1. Replace the top menu buttons (Home, Features, Typo etc.) with buttons similar to: [login to view URL] (Home, Services etc).
2. Add an area similar to the "Page Builder Support, Responsive Layout, Unlimited Positions" of [login to view URL] but with the colors/layout of "Cloud Services Unlimited Support Successful strategy" of [login to view URL]
The template is already integrated into Joomla 3.x, and the functionality should not be affected by the updates which have been requested.
We would wish to manage the new content using the Joomla Administrator
