Joomla Website modifications 10-23-2020

This project is an ongoing side project for me. If you are bidding on this project please include answer to question #3 in attached document and list date of last Joomla project in initial response or you will not be considered. I am not in a technical field, so I have tried to make very detailed notes for what I am seeking. If you cannot meet the deadline, or have the ability to test on both an Android and Apple device please do not bid on this project. I would like to award the project by 10/24/2020 and make sure the developer has both the access and information needed to have the project finished by 10/30/2020. I would like a daily email with progress and any questions. I am not at a computer during the day so I answer most questions in the evening and I don't want this to be a holdup.
