Looking for a senior jquery/javascript , woocommerce expert I need to be pretty efficient - the wordpress site will be a new install and barebones woo commerce. Here's the thing - i'm working with a client who has an external cart that handles subscription/DRM for pro audio software. What I'm hoping to find is a balance between using the features of woo as a catalogue and then use the external cart for the rest. If I don't have to use WooCommerce at all - that's OK too - the cart is still being designed and we can ask for features etc. The goal is to have a simple integration between Wordpress and this cart - but maybe leverage all the exisiting ecom features of something like Woo. Would you be interested in trying out a few quick tests to see if we're a good fit?

Hello. I can help with your WooCommerce integration. I have worked on a similar project before where I created a custom WordPress plugin to allow WordPress users to purchase memberships using another site to handle the payments. The communication between the two sites was done using a REST API. For your requirement, WooCommerce can be used to display the catalog and allow users to add to the cart. A custom plugin can be used to override the checkout in WooCommerce and send the details to the external site. There are several other issues like user authentication on the remote site, the available APIs, etc. that will need to be discussed. I'm interested in trying out a few tests.
