Lock existing developer out of my website and do some small modifications - urgent project

I have a raffle/competition based website. My website is setup in order to sell tickets. When enough tickets have been sold I will be giving away the prize on offer.
I have had a web developer that I found on freelancer make the website.
The website is 98% complete and it is running on wordpress. However, I can no longer contact the developers to have the website finished. I do not know what has happened to them. I've been trying to contact them for days. My website needs to be finished within a few days and this project is urgent.
I need a skilled developer who can check the website to make sure it has been done properly, lock out access to the existing developer and fix some of the bugs on the website and make some small changes and do a payment integration with both PayPal and a third party payment processor in which I do not yet have the details for.
The web address is uploaded on the file attached with this project as I do not want this project ranking on search engines. Please take a look at the website before bidding on this project.
Our communications must be private and confidential. You must speak excellent English and do not use my website in any of your portfolios. Your bid price must be your final price. I do not want to deal with people who are endlessly trying to upsell me. I will gladly create a milestone and release it in full upon completion. As you can see I have very good feedback and have been using this website as an employer for over 15 years.
I must be able to reach you both on and off freelancer. I intend to use this website to run a competition for approximately 3 months. I will need to be able to contact you for assistance during this time if needed.
The website is hosted on Digital Ocean, the domain is on GoDaddy and I have the Security Certificate with GoDaddy too.
I believe you require to know SSH etc to do this job.
I am operating on timezone GMT +1, Malta, Europe.
I'm usually available but work away from my office two days per week in which it may take me a few hours to respond to queries.
