I am looking for somebody to assist me in finalizing a small web app

I am looking for somebody to assist me in finalizing a small web app from an open source package that makes updating records very quick and easy. Though I need (you) to add some additional functionality to make it more suitable for purpose. I am using the editablegrid package ([login to view URL]) to display a list of clients with details about their support cover. The list is editable and updates the records in the MySQL database. You can see what I have done/modified so far here: [login to view URL] There are 3 parts that I need to cover, highest priority and hopefully simplest first: 1. Fix an 'add record' bug in my php coding. It's almost working without issues apart from this one where when you add a new record via the button there is an error which i have failed to rectify. When testing the error doesn't usually appear in the console, though from time to time I have noticed an error stating "Failed to load resource, 404 page not found" (seems relevant). Possibly something very simple though I haven't been able to find it - I am thinking where I have edited the table names and data types in my edited version, there must also be something else that I have missed or amended incorrectly. It works fine on my test version which has none of my modifications ([login to view URL]), just not on my modified for-purpose version. 2. Add a new text field to the main table (clients) called Location. 3. Add in the ability to show & hide different columns via a button within or around the table headers. 3. Additional time can be provided for this task: I would like to be able to add new tables to the index page through forms within an admin page / area, which needs to be created. The admin area would need to be able to perform the below actions: - Add new tables with different fields & data types. - Edit & delete existing tables & columns, as currently only the records can be edited. - One 'god' admin able to create & delete admins. - Modify the order all of the different tables on the index page.
