We use Magento 2.2.6 and Onestepcheckout Firecheckout (from Swisslabs). Problem: This Onestepcheckout is not saving the email and customer data on quote database table when the data is added and client is not logged in. However, it saves the other data. What do we need? Part 1. Customer data must be saved to the quote table database when zip code is entered and quote methods are retrieved (before the customer click on "place order"). With this information it can be configure an abandoned cart extension. Part 2. Install an abbandoned cart extension and configure it (it can be from Mageplaza or MageTrend or any other extension suggested by the developer - we will pay the extension separatelly). Please, do not place an offer without reading the project or without good experience.
