Magento Version 1.9.0.1 - VAT (Tax) not included in Grand Total. It is running on PHP 7 Grand total should be equal to (sub total + VAT or tax) It is not showing correctly. ( i did some research, i think it is something to do with php 7 sorting method, hope it helps) I hope this is a quick fix for you guys. Please bid only if you know this issue and can fix it.
