Make ambassador portal and signup with shopify integration for my clothing brand

I need a signup for my clothing brand ambassador program. I NEED shopify integration with automatic email sent after signup and automatic code generation in shopify for their ambassador codes. We had a signup but it had too many glitches so we got rid of it. Here are some screenshots attached of what I need done. I want a portal for the ambassador where they can cash out with a set commission using paypal or stripe on orders using their promo code that they receive in the welcome package.
