Hello, I'm looking for a component that can do this:
Matching People with volunteers
So we have volunteers who would like to help people based on their needs
Example: Volunteer 1 - John he will help people who need help with language issues
Volunteer 2 - Sam he will help people who need to have a ride to the food bank
volunteer 3, 4 ,5 .... etc
So volunteers can sign up in the system from the front end and defined what help they can offer to our people and community. once he signup we will validate his application and then approve it.
in all actions, the volunteer will get emails notifications.
People/ Community members: can also register online from the front end and submit their applications for approval with their needs. All needs will be listed and they will check mark or they add if not listed.
Admin “Us” we can approve volunteers and people profiles to validate they live in our area only and they are real.
Admin can also arrange events and newsletters to be sent to all volunteers only or to all volunteers and people to attained.
IF there is an event, we can manage the events by checking if they confirm their attendance by email by clicking al ink.
We must be able to select some volunteers and people based on their profiles and send them emails.
Now the Matching:
Based on the needs, the system can suggest some matching for us. Or we can also go and sort volunteers and people and match them together.
An example we have 10 volunteers who will provide support to clients who need a ride to the food bank, and we have 15 people who need help on this area, the system will check their availability and suggest, that the following volunteers will help the following people. And the admin will call and confirm with the volunteers if they are able to take some people. Once the volunteer confirms the admin will assign the people to the volunteers, both will get emails.
Also, we will be able to generate reports and how many volunteers have been matched in a period of time … etc.
