Merge 2 client database

We have a custom website and opencart website

We want that when we create a client on opencart it shows up on our custom website or if we create on custom website it shows up on opencart website

Here is scenario

The custom website is use that when a client comes in for a repair We fill up a form with his details ( adress , phone , email , name and city ) and also the material he is handing us for repair and after the form is filled we generate a pdf and all these info is stored in database so if needed We modify later or we can change repair status as client can track repairs using their code and a link provided in the pdf . And after repair is done another pdf is generated qo as the client sign the pdf that he have taken his goods back . All these info is stored in database

Opencart is used as a pos system as after repair we use opencart to make invoice for the client or direct sell in shop

We wanted that both have same client database as we dont have to create again the client in opencart after created it in custom website . So that We just get on our pos system and select the client and invoiced him with the repairs due.

If possible we wanted that all is integrated in opencart so we uses only 1 admin panel to manage pos and custom website
