Migrate website and sync databases.

I have a development site that I need to move to the production domain subfolder. (/dev) We have already started the process but continue to get hun on database import. The site that needs to be moved is a combination of two other sites ([login to view URL] and [login to view URL]) - we have already merged the databases up until Dec. 18, 2020. We need to sync all 3 databases on the /dev subfolder. I need this done by tomorrow morning (8 hours). Most everything has been done. I have the database files attached that go in the new /dev subfolder. I can explain more after contract award.
