Migration of Mailwizz SMTP from Amazon AWS to VPS

I am looking for Amazon ses smtp and mailwizz expert to migrate my project and to fix some bugs on it. The developer must be well versed with PHP and WordPress and servers and must ensure all original features and functions works perfectly without fault. Additionally, the developer will do minor cosmetic changes on the landing page such removing two testimonials from the landing page and correcting texts arrangement on the user dashboard (pricing and plans...see screenshots). And also add login/register buttons on mobile view which the original developers mistakenly removed during their deployment.
