TASK 1) We need a new customer field in the backend called "Account Notes" • This is for backend users to see only • Should not be visible to the customer • Should not be visible on the order email • Should not be visible on the frontend at all If there is anything placed in the "Account Notes" field we need 2x alerts 1 - ON ORDER EMAIL - a whole line of '#' symbols on the order email to show somewhere visible. (This will alert our staff there is account notes to read in the backend) 2 - ON CUSTOMER ACCOUNT PAGE - A red text box or something very visible that says "See Account Notes" (This will alert our staff there is account notes to read when they open the customer account) TASK 2) Fix from previous task - I think the items in "exclude from wholesale discount" category are also being excluded from shipping charges. Items excluded from shipping should only be in the "exclude from shipping charges" category. Test by adding 2x helium tanks (D-size) 2 to 3-day hire and no shipping is added (also see order 1000010775) TASK 3) Fix from previous task - If you add 20x mobile coolrooms 9x5 size it puts the price after the options (see order 1000010733 screenshot attached) TASK 4) Alternating background shades tasks Part 1) can we have an alternating background colour for each product, whitesmoke/white/whitesmoke/white/whitesmoke etc (to make it easier to read) Part 2) We also need the same alternating backgrounds for each section of the Customer service page. The sections are: • EQUIPMENT TRANSPORT • QUOTES, DOWN-PAYMENT, HOLDING BOND, CONFIRMED BOOKINGS AND CANCELLATIONS • CLEANING • TROUBLESHOOTING PROCEDURE • PAYMENT • TIPS FOR SUCCESS TASK 5) - The 'Most Viewed Products' on the home page is not showing most viewed products. It is just showing the products by their ID number. It should show the most viewed products from most viewed to least viewed. You can see the correct 'most viewed products' on the backend dashboard (bottom right)
