Modify search function and fix some bugs

do not apply if you expect me to explain everything.... you must provide proposal for how you will handle this project... need someone who is expert in PHP and can integrate html map and improve search functionality making it more user friendly. Search function needs to have search by county (not country if you do not know the difference do not apply) search by state search by zip code search by subject search online (currently this function is missing) You will need to come up with the breadcrumb that makes sense for each url structructre. You will need to make sure that searching through box on the left of the [login to view URL] site is intuitive. When applying let me know what can be improved in that search box, and why search is not intuitive, let me know precisely how you can improve it. Currently map that is on [login to view URL] is flash based, new html5 map is purchased, path on the server to it will be provided to you. here is example of html5 [login to view URL] that we are implementing it's the same map.. Here is the site that has flash map, but needs to be switched to html5 map. Search function on the left must work and additional options to search for online tutor need to be introduced. When clicking on county similarly subject tree must show up allowing you to chose what subject or sub-subjects, just like you see here [login to view URL] except you also need to show all tutors in that county that are registered in that county, in addition to subject tree. I want to be able to modify description and title of each structured page, (meaning if i want to modify county + subject url structure page in cms and show in title and description image and text... i should be able to do so.... 4. I want to see extended breadcrumb structure for each page. 5. I want to be able to search by search box and by map 6. I want to be able to search for online tutors and for county tutors 7. I want search functionality of search box improved, it's not intuitive i have to click on it from auto-suggestion difficult for user to understand. 8. I want search to be user-friendly through mobile ipad and iphone 9. i want to see the bug resolved that shows weird characters in tutor profiles.
