General Aspects:

1. Tool application would be web based in PHP and I require database backup link.

2. Their would be 4 different logins categories

• Owner

• Business Development division

• Data operators

3. Owner would have by default admin rights and should be able to give admin rights privilege to one or more members.

4. Apart of owner, no login should be able to email these details or data base, not even those members who are having admin rights.

5. Security of data is Primary issue.

8. Owner of each reminder should be able to share reminder details with one or more than one member of same or other login. For example – If BD “A” set a reminder and wants that reminder should be display or mailed by tool application to PM of division “X” and ADMIN than he should be able to do same.

9. Company name would be fix field nobody would be able to change it apart of owner.

10. We Require Source code.

4. Reminders directly to mail; should have option to remind daily until don’t mark complete to them.

8. Client History (Very Important) means to say when any one edit the data tool should be able to record – which did it, and should ask reason to do this. This history would display on Admin Rights.

9. Admin would only have delete entry option for any information.

10. Home page should have current month company target and achieve target by BD(s)/Manager and Divisions + Mile stone (to do) list and not complete activity reminders.

BD Login:
