Must know WP jobboard plugin in, HTML , CSS and PHP ! Or you can't do this

I have a custom jAviation Job board and using WPJB job board that is mostly set up . There are a lot of things not working that I have played out mainly because its custom and it has to match my competitor [login to view URL] at least. My advance Job search at the top is stacked on the top right , I need it like most sites , one long row , separate columns across the top. Sending some pictures of examples .Next and very important my resume search isn't showing results plus does not show the list items in results like competitors . Its bad , I want it to show after search resumes to show columns ; Candidate Title , Location, Years Experience , DOD Security Clearance and willing to relocate . Next , after you get to jobs list and select one the apply is at the bottom and looks plain . I need one at the top that's red and says Apply and the bottom one red. Under Job Form , " States / Province drop down doesn't work because the already had a text box that used job_state so I need that to work . The same goes for Advance Job Search and I think a few other of their options. The planes on the home page all fly across the page and link to a states map except the bottom one that says Warehouse / Parts. Need that to happen . Theres going to be a lot more work with this site but thats the start. The resume list and search are huge that must work great . The state / province drop downs have to work great . I will send a few competitor pics , but I need the layout words and results to be as I requested . If you can do the whole list and I know you read and understand I will choose you . If you can only do part I won't pay . I will put money up but not release until its complete . It has worked great that way for me in the past , releasing some upfront did not .
