Need Android App for Wordpress Website -- 2

We need to develop an android app for our website built on wordpress. The app should start with a splash screen followed by login / register screen. The login form should use the wordpress login system. Once a user is logged in, the login screen will not appear again unless the session is terminated or the user is logged out.
Logged in user will access various sections of the website which will again be created on website and connected with app through webview. The app will have links to access courses, quiz, forum, blog updated on the website.
A very important requirement of the App will be the download section (like OTT platfroms like Prime Video) which will enable them to see course videos offline as well. Ofcourse these videos should be protected and a user may watch this video within the app itself.
Course videos will be hosted on Vimeo (Business Plan) whereas live class will be supported by Zoom.
We are looking for experienced app developers. We agree to pay one time development fee as well as nominal updation fee (whenever required). The developer should provide us complete App package including the keystore file.
