Strong Recommendation: From experience with this API, the interim file on web site contains all order placed. A cron job runs say every 30 seconds. Sends all orders which have not be sent previously. API responds with a success flag- set to false means the order has failed. The cron job re-send the order next time. Sometimes it returns a reason description on multiple time faliure.
