I need a Ballot Box PHP simple website

Job Description:
Hello! I am needing a freelancer to create a website in PHP to count live vote results.
The site will have 2 types of profiles, admin and pollster. The admin can log in and create ballot boxes, edit, delete and assign a specific ballot box to a pollster.
The pollster can only log in and view a ballot box if it was previously assigned to him.
Features:
-Create ballot box, edit, delete and assign to pollsters.
-Share image of partial and final results
-Be able to place a profile picture of each candidate.
-Calculate live voting results without leaving the page
-Calculate margin of error.
-i will need to translate this proyect at the future so we will not doing this right now but i will need you when start coding you create a file with all front-end strings to me translate at the future.
Note:
-You can use bootstrap or any other framework you want.
-You can create a database and create an admin user and a pollster user just for testing.
-When the work is finished you must deliver all the files and database.
-Payment: 2 milestones. 1 for starting the job and the other 1 will be released when all files are delivered and the project its working without problems or bugs.
-At least 3 validations for find bugs and errors.
If you do a good job you will be hired for other projects because there is a lot of work to be done.
High fidelity prototype annex with comments so you can check all details and then send me your proposal with final value and delivery time.
