I need a coder to create me a Twitter bot

Using Twitter’s APIs or other means to create a translator that will convert regular text to “UwU text”. UwU text is text that replace r’s with w’s and other minor things. If a user tweets #TwanswatePwease the bot will automatically reply to the original comment with the uwu translated version. Here is an example: If a user tweets “Hello I hope you’re having a very good day #TwanswatePwease” the bot will reply to the original comment “Hewwo i hope you’we having a vewy good day”. If the comment contains any text that is against Twitter rules such as racist or derogatory terms, the bot will ignore the post and not reply.
