Need Custom Printful Shirt Mockup Generator UI (PHP Site)

We have an existing eCommerce site built in PHP.
We want to develop a visual editor UI in which people customize shirts with an image, select where the image is on the shirt, and how big the image is.
Lastly, we need to save the newly created products on our Printful account. This means when a user saves their custom product, we see it on our side in Printful. (See the attached video showing Printful's current editor. I want the editor to look very similar to their current one.)
Printful has great API documentation for creating shirt mockups with JSON data such as X & Y image offset, image size, etc. Printful mockup generation via API: [login to view URL]
I believe we need to build a GUI for our site where a user uploads a picture, and then selects the location of the image by dragging bars. (Just like the current editor as shown here: [login to view URL] )
