Need Experienced Someone to Take a Work Forward: Build a Browser Based WorkSheet Maker

I need an experienced programmer who can take a work forward of building a browser based worksheet maker. The site is made in PHP.

Works Include:

1. User can upload a PDF/JPG/Docx file in the browser which he can edit, make boxes, shapes, embed audio, video, links, images, write any text with different font colors and sizes, styles.

2. Make the current worksheet in browser A4 size where free text can be written and do the things as mentioned in Point 1 above. May be you can use like Trumbowyg editor (i think it has maths option), [login to view URL] or alohaeditororg.

3. Mark each worksheet whether to be notified as Private or Public and show Public Worksheets in site homepage and mark worksheets for any particular class/grade like Class I or II etc.

4. After submitting the worksheets, the replies by students are autoscored based on the number set by worksheet maker. Students can also see correct answer.

5. Fix a timer for each worksheet by the worksheet maker.
