Need a fully functional School Bus Tracker Android App with Source Code

Hi, I am looking for a fully functional School Bus Tracker app (Android Only) with source code. Here are my basic requirements : 1) Admin Application (or Web App) - All Admin Task such as Adding Bus, Routes, Employee, Students details and Tracking Dashboard/Reporting 2) Bus App (Android App) - For Tracking and Manual Attendance basically. 3) Parents App (Android App) - Tracking on Map, Alerts/Notifications, Massages (to and From Admin) and Attendance Reporting All data must be in central database, no local database unless required for offline use of data by app and all apps must be in Native. It must be professional app with mature and professional looks. You should be able to demo this to me, full functionality and you should have all rights on source code. I don't need any modifications in case you are using your own branding etc, will do it myself. For your Reference - there is an awesome app Locatera for the same purpose.
